Carefully crafted sheep dung smoked reserve. The barley used in this malt has been smoked using generations old tradition of smoking using sheep dung in Iceland.
The result is truly one of a kind with a complex flavor profile and sweet smoky notes to compliment the intense flavor of the Icelandic barley. This release is a limited reserve of a selection of single barrel bottling from our distillery.
First released in November 2016 in a couple of casks.
